You know you are doing something right when a previous clients brother asks us to renovate their home as well. We gladly took on this turn of last century home. Many older homes don’t make sense in the rear. As people struggle to add modern conveniences to an older home, the layout starts to become stacked; one thing on top of another. This home was no different. We added space for the family to relax near the kitchen, added a master suite away from the other bedrooms, and reworked a laundry/bathroom. We milled custom moldings, and historically appropriate doors to finish out this project.
