Schienmann Project

Making something good out of bad, we rebuilt Andy’s flooded basement into a recording studio.  Removing the HVAC room in favor of mini-splits throughout the home, and pushing the utilities into one area helped open the space up.  Custom doors, base trap walls, and plenty of wire chases keep things quiet and clean.
