At times clients come to you not really knowing what they want to do, they just have a problem. This home had a terrible shed dormer in the back that had been poorly flashed. As a result, water had rotted the back wall. Having started to plan a different remodel with another designer, they had struggled coming up with a concise plan. We ended pulling off the entire roof, changing pitch to give it some extra height, and giving them a fantastic master bath.
