The Rice Project was a bathroom remodel in the SAE Fraternity House at Vanderbilt. Commissioned by a mother of a undergrad student, this bathroom was spared no expense. Construction went underway during the summer while the students were gone and had to be completed in a mere 2 weeks before they returned. Custom cabinetry, marble tile, quartz countertops and designer fixtures restored this bathroom to its glory days.
