Here at Crimmins Construction there are a only a few reasons we build new construction. In this homeowners case, his project meets most of those reasons. The first one is the most important, he is a great client to work with and our energies complemented each other. The second was that his project is detail oriented, out of the ordinary. Exterior walls are not at right angles with each other, and the interior will be constructed to control sound. Yep thats right, a personal studio is in the works. Incidentally it follows our last reason as well. The home is located in a historic district in East Nashville. We love to build new homes in a historical manner. Even though this studio isn’t hard line historic, it is still a joy to build.
