“This past summer I decided to renovate my son’s bathroom in his fraternity house at Vanderbilt University. The house is over 100 years old and this bathroom had seen a lot of young men pass through. My decision was solely based on preserving the health of my son! Being from Georgia and not having any connections in Nashville I started searching the internet. I came across Crimmin’s website, gave him a call and set up an appointment. I explained the plan and that this renovation had to be done in a time span of fourteen days! So plans were drawn, selections were made, and on August 3rd the demo started. I drove up the second day and could not believe the progress and also the rotting wood and surprises that were found underneath the walls and floor. I was ready for Chris to tell me that there was going to be a delay because of the extra work and he never did. The crew worked hard and were very professional. . .two weeks later, my son moved into his room. The bathroom turned out amazing. It was definitely the talk of parents weekend with a constant parade of parents going through my sons room to view the new bathroom.
